You guys - I'm stunned by how much is going on only five weeks into this thing.  MRH has shown up - big time!
Homebound Help led by Dessa Somerside

  • 2 medicine pick-ups/deliveries made to neighbors

Arming Warriors led by Amy Peach & Susan Hewlett Peck

• Dinner for Maplewood Firefighters provided
• Lunch for Maplewood Police Department provided
• 8 healthcare workers matched with community supports
• Amy Peach is delivering goodies to SLU tomorrow!

Social Distance Support led by Kelsey Laitinen-Richter (v1.0) & Katelyn Harris (v2.0)

• Version 1.0: Four neighbors partnered
• Version 2.0:
  • 24 neighbors signed up to be matched with elderly neighbors
  • 10 elderly neighbors signed up for version 2.0
  • Matching them up is in process!

MapleGOOD Masks led by Mary Kunce

• New Facebook Group: MapleGOOD Mask Makers
• 220 masks made and donated!!!
  • 75  to nurses from MRH who are working in local hospitals
  • 60  to nurses who are working in Neonatal intensive care units
  • 20 to a North County nursing home
  • 10 to the valets at St. Mary's medical center
  • 35 to people in MRH who are elderly or have health care problems
  • 20 to the Greater St. Louis Million Mask Drive

Hygiene Heroes led by Lori Olsen McElvain

• Bin at Immaculate Conception church being replenished daily!
• Many donations made, thank you to everyone, especially Claytonia Terrace!

Over the past five weeks, since MapleGOOD started:

• 672 people joined MapleGOOD
• 62 neighbors donated a total of $2,795
• Neighbors & programs receiving financial support totaling $638.25​
